Hello! Bonjour! Hola! Sawatdee!

My name is Gina I am a writer who loves to travel and I have fun familiarizing myself with the language of the places I plan to visit.  As a child sitting on my rooftop in New York City and watching the airplanes take off for places unknown I would dream and write about all the journeys that I wanted to take. Eventually, I left that rooftop to travel to the places I had dreamed about around the world. I am still chasing those rooftop stories.  

 

I have been sharing my passion for travel by planning and leading teen trips through Europe and the United States.  I am now focusing on travel and story writing.

 

I have a team of young ambassadors who are in high school, college and recent grads that share travel stories and photos providing their unique perspective on traveling.

 

I created this blog as a space to share our travel stories about the people we meet, the foods we eat, destinations we visit or tips to help you travel. My desire is to create a community of travel storytellers.

My Rooftop Stories was created to collaborate with others and inspire travel one story and one photo at a time.

My goal is for us to share our passion for travel and provide inspiration for your next destination.
